Downtown Chicago is gorgeous and to live that close with that housing market it is great.

If someone were to ever be able to offer that loan product and tell me they would do 20 properties under those terms, I would be TICKLED PINK!  

My cousin is a contractor in Jersey, does absolutely gorgeous work, custom bathrooms and kitchens, and just about anything else you need.  

A 1960's pink bathroom may be old , but if everything is in good shape its a non issue . 

Gorgeous colonial home, 10 acres, 25 stalls renting at $1,000/month each plus a guest house renting at $2000/month, plus other outbuildings, paddocks, tack building, etc. 

I have found this very interesting, I live in a nice neighborhood with very nice homes, and many of my neighbors work 60+ hrs a week, and they have yard that look like the ninth whole at a PGA event, and they do it themselves.Many of my tenants on the other hand, work 2 hours a week depending on the length of unemployment line, so one might deduce that their yard would be drop dead gorgeous, as they have so much time to work in it.

As I said, my first dog's breeder has a gorgeous spread out there, but I have far too much for me here to leave, even if I have to work harder for what I want.

Well, they're illegal in my area, although I think a neon hot pink sign would be an eyecatcher.

I am good at taking just about anything and turning it into something gorgeous for pretty much next to nothing.
