What are your expectations for the remaining 3 quarters?

If a real estate investor with excellent credit had three  current mortgages,  and was looking to do  a cash out refinance on a free and clear condo, for. a fourth mortgage, what kind of rates could the investor get?   

Fannie and Freddie have caps this year of $100B each with the idea they would do $25B per quarter.

We also began to look for a place that had an english basement with a separate entrance.One day in the midst of a winter snow storm, I’d had enough of the tight quarters where we were living, so I jumped onto Craigslist and began to look around.

As I write this, the US just closed the border with Canada, and they stopped trading stocks for the fourth time in two weeks.

I told her to plan on layoffs this summer after we have reported the next two quarters to Wall st. 

If you ever decide to look into syndication again, look for folks with a track record who have delivered quarterly returns on a consistent basis through several deals.  

Depreciation and the tax shields generated are distant third or fourth considerations and are unlikely to move the needle much so passive investors would be wise to pay less attention to them. 

Expect another quarter or half point drop in a few weeks if we haven’t turned the corner on new cases.
