We have an older oil boiler and switched to electric tankless for the hot water.I really like it as the oil on demand heater did not get water to the second floor tub effectively.

Our values have jumped some in OK as well, and there is new construction, but nothing seems that extreme given the oil and gas job growth and the normal population growth in the area.
