I'm assuming obviously that you have a home office and dedicated area used exclusively for business (i.e - not a common area like a dining room or living area where you just happen to work on real estate activities). 

If you are thinking of doing section 8 and even market value in that area, then a big living room/dining room would probably work best.

For instance, there is a big difference between making a room into a bunk room that can sleep 4 guests and adding a bunk bed to a dining room!

Demand for housing is up because people want more indoor and outdoor space (not interest rates).As soon as manufacturing resumes 100% and people return to spending money on travel, dining out, and entertainment the material costs will drop.

Lofts, dining rooms, and bonus rooms can all be converted into bedrooms.

Getting it set up correctly is very important, but overall you can find tips in these forums and through google.Another tangible benefit of QuickBooks is it can handle transactions in an elegant way that are much more complicated in Quicken.hope this helps,Jonathan
