I was thinking about pulling 100-150k out of my house (currently owe 150k but worth 600k) to buy something to rent.

I would like to connect as I've made the pivot and want to network with individiauls in this space. 

It was my grandparents' home and when they passed they left it to their 3 children, two of whom (my father included) decided to divest and leave the house with their eldest.

I messed around with it and got it to light again.  

Opex has been a huge hit to most property owners in all shapes and forms, myself included, but to know to keep your back wide enough to cover your own you'll be able to navigate these waters just fine.
