I am looking to connect with real estate investors both buyers and sellers. How did you all got started? 

(These individual posts cover the details in Wheat Ridge, Arvada, and then Centennial and Adams County.)In an ideal world, you'd buy a 4-5br home on the eastern side of Wheat Ridge that borders Denver.

Some of the small towns on the eastern plains and remote mountains you maybe able to find deals, but they aren't great BRRR deals. 

@Cristhian HuamaniI have had great luck in cecil county and on the eastern shore.

I was in Eastern bank yesterday and they were offering 3 Months CDs at 3.5%, and 6 months CDs at 4%. 

Eastern Arkansas, North Mississippi and from Memphis to Jackson there are small banks including credit unions, farmer's banks and land banks that will work with local investors.  

I purchased two properties earlier this month (1 in Eastern Pennsylvania and 1 in Western Massachusetts), and plan to close on 2 additional properties next week. 

If you're at all familiar with the eastern Colorado market, I'd love your feedback.

I'm in Eastern CT and prices/taxes are much more affordable and rents are still great with plenty of demand.
