I first begin to see which color would match the best and make the outside look lux, so I studied a lot of the high end markets in San Francisco and applied the same color scheme to the home.

Do not mention or ask questions about race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, sexual orientation, marital status, or familial status.

Except if you are wanting a complete new paint job (inside and out) because of current mixed color scheme....

To add a bit more color, I generate enough income to afford two mortgages and provide down payment for the second house, so don't have to sell the current one. 

If you are looking to purchase property for investment you want to make sure that your Agent is investor "friendly" remember that when you are investor you don't care what color the bathroom is painted or if the flooring is pretty.

The color map I feel is misleading...  

I thought to myself, "would I want to walk down these narrow stairs in the dark while I'm half asleep to use the bathroom?"

That said, I would definitely ask the realtor "what sells" in the neighborhood when it comes to things like fixture finishes, carpet color, quality, etc.

Because the units are sub 30k, I am not pressured to take the first applicant with a heart beat.My units are well maintained units with nice paint colors, appliances, washers and dryers (used but nice).I do treat them well and give them the tools they need to be responsible.
