I have seen so many great deals fail to receive the financing that they should get based on cute legal tricks that totally gum up the financing.

The way the lot is split is going to have a big effect on the value of the house, and I don't think the seller is going to have that little cottage as his first priority on the new lot line.I'd also want to know what the plans were for the new lot.That's a cute house and a lot could be done with it.

Hi Marco,I like it--looks nice for a honeymoon cabin, but I think kids might be rough on the cute decorations.If there are deer or similar (rabbits, raccoons, squirrels, hawks, etc...)

We have a couple student rental properties and keep the student permits active for resale but don't rent to students.There is a great rental market outside of students so getting someone in there for only 8 months is an option especially with it being a cute furnished rental.

No matter how cute of a house we found that was incredibly refurbished and renovated, we never got the feel of 'yeah I can feel comfortable going to the store here or walking my dog around the neighborhood'.

Because there is this cute legal/political term to cover such instances: "Plausible Deniability".

I had rented the same place in Hamilton Mt.. for our annual Salmon fly trip and what was a decent place at 125 a night was now 300 at that price hotels are better option since we dont cook in the unit anyway.. so not sure if they rented their house never checked back in but for sure noticed it.My daughter bought a floating home on Puget Island this year and she is doing very well.. especially for the salmon runs.. then she has kyackers etc but she is pricing it to stay full. and its cute as hell.. plus the fisherman can park 2 to 3 boats and parking for 5  trucks etc which is a premium.. so its just one of those one off ones.. we have a place facing the deep water river with a dock have not tried to rent it yet maybe we will.
