Reward - Reasonable compensation and dinner on me in NOLA during #BPCON2021 * This is a complex deal and I am looking for guidance on options.

But the rewards can be stunning.

I just started doing short term rentals and it is very rewarding.

I'd push hard from every angle to find a deal with less risk, and less reward.

Look for ways that you yourself can add value in ways your competition is not and you will find that your investing will not only be profitable but also rewarding to yourself and to the community as a whole.

But if you want to own rentals, with presumably a very low buy-in then keep them and reap the rewards of creating a great deal.  

Your options become: make a guess with contingencies in contract should you be way off, roll the dice and make a guess with no contingencies, or partner with a local that can be onsite.Really it comes down to no risk, no reward.  

The houses one street over are wonderful, and it is on a cobble street which is charming, but it's also opposite HUD style houses and near a Jiffy Lube.

But the biggest reward would be selling the property (equity multiple) and collecting the equity/net profit.

But the reward at the end can be pretty nice when you defer all that tax indefinitely.
