I gave the 7 day termination of lease letter an they have not left..It expires tonight an they arent in process of moving.nothing paid for jan an lease started in oct this is 2nd month of non pay an this time i have nothing .as promised. mid Jan a 7 day pay or quit issued ..then on day she said shed pay 7 days later NOTHING.so 7 day termination quit its in the notice they are to be off the property by sunday nite tommorow I said ill be inspecting property monday ..an if there file detainer warrant.. but she actually said her teen daughter will be there monday as excuse an trying to move inspection time.[ which verifies she has no intention to be off property].Though she textd we are moving on day after missing promised pay 20th Im going to file detainer warrent monday.I told her im going to be inspecting the property monday at 11 but since getting that text..an seeing they arent moving on cams Im less likely to do it.Should I still go an do inspection  or just go directly to file detainer warrant..An does she have any rights after that termination of lease ..the addendum says immediate eviction will be filed if payment is not paid.
