I think that it will, however, have another dead cat bounce or two, will go down into the upper teens again, before this is all over.

I stumbled about the site and it appears to be a wealth of information and I am excited to bounce around questions in hopes that I will get some help.

However, I have always found it most impactful to find a strong mentor who can be used to answer question and bounce ideas off of.

The property also may or may not actually end up on the docket on March 20th as many properties bounce on and off of the list.

Even bouncing around a couple of 0% intro credit cards and couldn’t you have this paid off quickly?

I work in the health insurance space - more with large employers, but if there are ideas you want to bounce off me I am happy to chat :-)Often people think they need a 'rich' health plan when they really don't utilize it and are better off with a more bare bones plan and an HSA (those contributions are tax deductible).

Of course it all bounced back big time..
