Call the bank(s) and demand you are re-added to the bank accounts, document everything your partner has done with funds from the business account that are unrelated to the business such as buying vehicles. 

The seller said they re-did flooring, repainted the interior and added some other fixtures in the past year since they've owned it. 

If not, consider adding on-site amenities that make your rental a attraction in itself, so guests don't have to leave to find the fun!
