Be sure to also apply for the overage so you get what's left over from the deed sale (winning bid price minus taxes, interest, penalties, administration costs, etc.)

@Karl McGarveyI always include broker and attorney fees in deal analysisYou might have a contract rate worked out with an attorney in your "team", As far as CPAs or administrators that's a separate contract rate that should be in your business budget.

And the building manager plays a pivotal administrative role in this sale.So I think the way I handle this is Ask for a vendor receipt for the intercom name changesInstruct the building manager to get my authorization for name changesInform the tenant (in a lease rider) that there will be a fee if he/she wants the name changed on the directory.Thanks for letting me rant.
