The title company may just want to see operating agreements of the owning entity and the holding entity?

Word on the street is that Split systems (common in . . . . a LOT of places other than the US) operate at a lower energy consumption rate per heating unit and cooling unit. 

Make sure you are registering with the county you operate in for a biz license and with the state division of hotels and restaurants and get a $2M+ liability policy.My company started as a mgmt company for just my and my partner's properties it then grew from there.  

Local experienced realtors or experienced MHP owner/operators may have a better idea of what those discounts might be.The MH values may be somewhat of a combination of cost and income.

This drives the higher rates.Where I operate it is becoming much harder to find deals with enough meat on the bone to use the 40kflips system and Freeland Funding.
