Unless you're right on top of MSU, you can't command top rents - much of Lansing proper is in tough shape economically, since GM (and its suppliers ) have shed a lot of jobs there, and the state government is bankrupt.

You might want to have a chat with an attorney about this as they'll have standard forms for each party to fill out.Finally, remember - providing your credit is good, you can usually setup an account with Home Depot (or whoever your supplier of materials is )etc..

I'm not sure I will get benefit to the upgrade, but I'm positive I get benefit on BP in general and will feel like a leech if I'm the only one seeing the upsideBtw, I may have already received that piece of advice in another thread last week related to discounts on materials suppliers.
