It is a transportation hub with both east west and north south interstates intersecting in central PA.

That area is growing tremendously and they are even adding an exit off the interstate About a mile down the road.

@Wayne Smith I have heard interstate mortgage has a 15% down loan that might fit what you are looking for.

They just annexed almost twice the industrial park land that was there already next to Interstate 5.

Thanks @David Rupp I'm not overly fond of Charlotte mainly because the interstate layout is ridiculous -- i live an hour away in a "country" setting :D -- much quieter!
