@Mike Kalob I have researched rent control in the various towns in the area and compiled a small list for my use.

Others focus in on a certain score like Fico5, what have you.The numbers like Fico5 or Transunion2 have to do with what kind of debt is tracked to compile the score. 

Unsure if there are good sites out there that attempt to use MLS or other listing data to compile information and analyze it for this purpose too - if there are and you've had good experiences with them, would like to know about it.
