I dont know if you knew of Coldwater Creek, it was a woman's clothing distribution center.

People who own clothing stores are now failing because of amazon and online shopping. if you are not adapting to the world around you, you will be left behind.  

Surely they can close the door or put a wash cloth on the bottom of the tub.

@Joe Gore 3x rent is a bare minimum in my mind......the way I understand it is that the calculation is based on before taxes, so taxes right off the bat eats away 1/3 of their income and then If people have one or more kids, a low income job, utilities, food for their family, clothing, medical bills, etc. then how are they going to cover the rent?

for me since its all I have done since I was 18.. its the basic's food clothing shelter raising and education my children

I would never make a claim under $10,000.In 24 years with a dozen properties (288 property years) I’ve covered a $3,500 flood caused by clothes washer not turning off and made 2 claims over $30,000.

One of my main problems is there are several children who reside in the building who continue to leave trash, toys, clothing and food items in the common hallway areas.

If you go there and go into a unit, the bedbugs will get on you, in the seams of your clothes and in your shoes.Then they will infest your car and when you go home, your home.If you rent a car, it will be infested and so will your hotel room.There are steps you can take to enter one of these units and remain sort of "Clean" wearing special clothing and following special procedures.If you intend to enter a unit, it would be wise to know how to protect yourself, your car, your home and your family from this.Good Luck!

Anything that isn't of value such as clothes go to Goodwill.

On guy said he could do it into the clothes washer drain in a closet but you'd still need the tube to get to it.
