Rate and fees are like a see saw- you can't quite have your cake and eat it too.

All element's are present for this "chaos cake" to come out the oven.

I'm considering Lake Tahoe & Anaheim in California and Orlando, FL.

It is in a nice subdivision and it always rented out like a hot cake.

If there are winter activities, festivals, etc going on, it's easier to market but otherwise, if you are buying in a seasonal market, make hay while the sun shines in the high season and consider off season bookings icing on the cake.

Now when i buy in other towns, it is a piece of cake.
