At this point I am in a favorable position of having a track record and quite a number of folks that are eager to invest alongside me.

I'm pretty excited from what I've seen so far & to be earning & learning alongside and with the best in the biz!

(I understand that municipalities and other taxing entities exist along side of the county, but it is my impression that they usually lump them together.)

So I've made the commitment to expand my knowledge and dive deep into residential rentals, alongside my family (who have invested successfully before).

I have always wanted to get into the real estate game somehow and upon stumbling on this website and recently reading Rich Dad Poor Dad I am ready to take more steps toward purchasing my first real estate asset here in the Salinas Valley in California.This website seems like a phenomenal place to network and learns from each other so I am excited to begin this journey alongside the rest of you.  

@Jonathan Escobar Hello Jonathan, Being a college student myself I understand what you’re talking about when you explain your majors etc. but I would like to move past that.You say that it’s your dream to become a dentist along side your brother and to open up a practice with him yet at the same time you’re saying you want to be a real estate investor.

While earning your degree in business, spend time thinking about how the information your professor is presenting would apply to real estate alongside any case studies that you are using in class.

Police often allow those slumped over in their seats from drugs and pulled over alongside roads to drive off on their merry way. 

Do consider some of the advice such as getting your license and working the real estate agent business alongside the investor/wholesale side.
