Hi @Michael Baum, I have watched several PB episodes about MTR, mostly for traveling nurses and insurance displacements and I am interested in learning more but I do not have time to watch everybodys videos on how to get started.

I just closed this week, $13k worth of repair work I'm told has already been started and should take 3 weeks to finish (a list of necessary repairs was provided).

If not, it's very serious.Last week he said he has 14 STRs in Atlanta he had to dump. 

However, the initial contractor can't start work for about 4 to 6 weeks.

I am only a few weeks into my journey so your original post really hits home and to see what someone who is really driven to accomplish a goal can get done in 9 months is inspiring.

I'd like to keep my mother's room locked and still have the option of staying in that room for 2-4 weeks during the school year (while the tenant is also in the house) and for a few weeks during the summer (when the tenant lives elsewhere). 

I've read quite a bit and I've watched a ton of videos.
