Upgrade to Pro, the property analysis tools alone will provide enough value to pay for itself.  

Looks like a lot of work to be done to upgrade the units and get higher quality tenets in them.

I had some storm damage from hurricane Irma at a property, really just a bunch of shingles broken.

Say my tenant broke something that I could easily fix myself like patch a large hole in the drywall or replace a few broken tiles.

Codes have changed and while you think you are simply installing base heat, you may also have to upgrade a ton of other things as well.

So that is what we area doing, after some upgrades. 

I expect a broken door here or there, the occasional dent, maybe the occasional weird instance of someone causing damage by storing something weird.

May also work if the duplex is a higher price, larger square footage, in a better school district etc.I know I sound like a broken record on these forums but “Occupancy” is not always a black/White issue
