@Dan Stelter if you read "Traction", which is a book many people in our business work from, it talks about how every good business has a Visionary and an Integrator. 

This narrative is somehow gaining traction, but is not supported by strong evidence.

Have you considered just wholesaling to gain some traction and get to know the market, plus generate the cash you need to run rentals.If ya want my purchase agreement and assignment of contract, feel free to call my office and they will send it to ya.

HELCO right now are not a smart move because the rate is variable, and if the FED continues to increase rate you might end up not being able to make the payments or gain any traction.    

I imagine that you get a lot of traction on your posts from the Austin TX crowd than you might imagine due to the email alerts on your name :).

There is where new construction starts to have economic traction.

The market is very hot right and can be tough sledding to get traction in the market.
