Its payed for (with our savings) and we are still waiting to have the remodel completed and to get lit eased, the estimate for the lease given to us was $700 to $850.

The house is a fully remodeled 5 bed, 2 bath at 72nd and Pecos in Adams County so I’m wondering if anyone here has experience with Airbnb in this area of Denver, what you are grossing monthly on average and if there are any Adams County rules that restrict Airbnb of non-primary residences (like city of Denver does).

Hi there, I work with investors and find the deals, previously I have helped them make profitable flips and one of them they remodeled and started doing Airbnb which brought them so much profit.

Most of my capital I have tied up buying and remodeling our SFRs.

It would be stupid of me to be giving 10% of my monthly cash flow to a PM just because I don't want to fix a toilet at 2 am in the morning.

Things like roofs or structural or things that make it livable....like missing toilets, missing heat, broken windows....sometimes flooring.   

I am contemplating doing a cash out refi on of my rentals to do a remodel on my primary residence.

Yet, 10% of the units have already been remodeled and they are reportedly getting the rents.

You can shower at the gym, you can drink bottled water but you might want to consider water and toilets if they stay. you don't want clogs. 

Does anyone have advice as far as financing the remodel?
