If I plant fruit trees/sustainable ecosystems that essentially run on autopilot for a few hours of yardwork a month now, in a few years I'll be able to significantly reduce on grocery costs as well, which will help me save even more money, as well as build a more favorable local ecosystem and potentially get tax credits.

@Vincent Plant - several suggestions:1. send it again with receipt (ie, USPS delivered it without tenant signature)2. email a copy 3. post on door and take several pictures: 1 up close to show it's the letter, 1 back a bit to show the door (and hopefully house number).

Unfortunately I just don't think it would work for our place right now :( Our house is right in the middle of the property, neighbours are also only on 7 acres so their house is quite close, and the other neighbours have a decrepit vacant mobile home with the roof half torn off that's pretty visible :-/ Thank you for the idea though, that could be a really good one with an acreage that even had a bit more tree cover.. unfortunately we're in the bald prairie and moved a few big trees, and our little planted ones are still tiny.

., solid core doors, widened old 22' door openings to 24', new laminate wood flooring throughout, 5/8' baseboards/trim throughout, tankless water heater, tape/bed/texture/new paint on all new drywall), etc.I'd love to hold onto the property as I have no compelling event forcing a sale.
