I stumbled about the site and it appears to be a wealth of information and I am excited to bounce around questions in hopes that I will get some help.

I started doing some research into various markets and I stumbled across Scranton, PA.

@Jacob Sampson I've bumped my purchase price about 10k to allow room for error (also my best friend will be the realtor) @Ralph Justiz pretty recently remodeled property (from the exterior) still looking to get pics of the interior as the deal was a stumble upon via a friend. 

So I was around driving for dollars and I stumbled upon what I believe is a preforclosure.

Stumbled upon your story and let me say it is very inspirational and I hope to be half as lucky/blessed as you..Thank you for that, it was kinda just what I needed to lift me back up and get back to self educating myself to do better.

I stumbled upon a pair of houses in an area that could be greatly up and coming in the next few years - already seeing some gentrification around the area.  

Prior to joining BP I was learning and reading on my own when I stumbled across the site and found all of the information to be incredibly useful.
