Ok, here is what MINE covers:Commercial General Liability covers things that are on site, material wise, mine covers vandalism, fire, break ins, etcMaterial Floater Insurance covers materials stolen from my work sites (not sure if you as investor/owner can get this)Worker's Compensation Insurance covers things that are manpower related.

Its amazing that people doing 50 deals a year under all seem to understand basic contract law, and the people who all complain about deals getting stolen or falling apart doing zero to a few deals a year dont seem to understand you need a contract.
