Your best bet is either a property management company or reach out to Jessica Bass with Acacia Creek Staging company and she may be able to help, she can do the interior design and sell you all the furniture and she’s pretty reasonably priced or you can give her a price range to go on.

But that was a mistake I made more from my inexperience at the time of being too soft (in general) then being too soft because they lived next door.
