I could be off, but there's not a single post on structuring LLC's internationally on BiggerPockets.The US, a litiguous society, has a pretty decent deal to protect yourself through LLC's, but that's not the case in e.g.

This is not easy because we live in a society that wants instant gratification so most people will give up long before they ever become successful.  

If the recipient and 20 of his/her friends setup a system to call me 2x/week as I was sitting down to dinner, would that constitute a valuable contribution to society? 

Society now dictates we live in the Give Me Give Me and being Politically Correct at all times world . 

I just finished a document for the state CPA society.

The real question for me is "What has lead to the drastic increase in education costs and are we as a society getting more marginal benefit than we were 35 years ago?"

I actually hope some of these rate hikes slow the speculation, I think it will a healthy thing for home buyers, society and even investors with a normal level of risk tolerance.

But, that's a disclairmer for this litigious society. 

The fact remains that racism does still exist but it's hidden within ALL branches of the government and society.

It is too bad we live in society with so much litigation and lawsuits.
