I love the diversification that stocks provide so I try to avoid touching that pot of money if possible. 

Kitchenware, coffee pot, spaghetti strainer, wine or bottle opener, fast WiFi, comfortable beds, smart TVs, etc.  

Denver and Colorado have solidified themselves as the pioneers in the pot industry and I think MMJ companies and entrepreneurs will continue to come to Colorado for these opportunities.  

The stew is no longer seen as separate ingredients but rather as a pot of stew being its own form or substance collectively.

Stephen,We do not prohibit our tenants from using candles or from burning incense, but both are a concern.The incense is often to cover the smell of pot.  

We have everything you could imagine including Slow Cooker, KitchenAid mixer and plenty of pots, pans and all the little stuff you find in your normal home. 

We included silverware, pots etc, it is just easier. 

Are the tentants able to use the the landscape (like benches or a place for kids to play), or do you just mean a bit of flowers around? 

Someone is going to drop a knife, pot or can of tuna and scratch it anyway. 

Aside from the obvious, that it's probably too many hands in the pot, any input will be greatly appreciated!
