I have learned that there is a lot of money to be made in Middle Eastern markets if you know how to play the game, who the players are, and work within your skill set.

The buyer that Ive partnered with said he would buy both of the houses I have in my pipeline so he seems like a player.

So yes I think the market in certain areas has been driven by large players... the article quoted also is kind of full of it..

My advice would be not to share with them what you shared in in this forum attend a few and just sit back and watch who the players are and move with easy until you know what the group is about.

Transportation is a major source of jobs here, FedEx, Trucking, Railroad, River Transportation are some of the major players as well as AutoZone and International Paper world HQ located here. 

The agreements are only as good as the players IMO.
