If you know anyone in your family or social circle with funds they are looking to invest maybe they would be interested in investing with you on your first flip.

Completed Real Estate course at Wiechert RE school. Currently looking to invest in real estate properties in philadelphia.  Looking to connect with individuals with same interests. 

They run specials for $199 for the class and materials on the coupon sites like Amazon deals and Living Social. 

I'm a retired 72 year old operations manager...who has more bills to pay than retirement social security income....can't find decent work....friends told me to try real estate investing....don't know anything about it but willing to learn......I'm a country person not a city person.

I only check my email once a month and check other social media (etc) occasionally.

As more investment money was putting into high technology that created a job boom in Social Media, self driving automobile development sectors.

I use their forms and use the local REIA for socializing.

It is not a new concept by any means and the best facilities include the social element.
