Anyway, I will say this - Obama mastered dumbed-down campaigning and taught us that no one knows what a "$5,000 refundable tax credit" is but everyone knows what "change and hope" is because it's so nondescript that they filled in their own perception into the blanks and assumed Obama was thinking the same thing they were.
