First of all it's not a law it's an executive order that somehow the sheeple who live in California (no offense, they live here too) are choosing to abide by.I personally cannot fathom why Californians keep listening to that idiot governor and I certainly wouldn't shut down my business based on some executive order but thats just me.

***No offense, but this is terrible advice.Banks want the property in the individual's name so they can go after the individual's assets if the deal goes south, which is exactly what the LLC is intended to prevent.

So long as the ads bear no difference from one publication to the next that you place them in & you aren't using offensive, discriminatory language or infer any preference one way or another for a certain demographic I don't see an issue.Not sure if anyone has suggested it but why not just put an ad in the LGBTQ Yellow Pages?
