Overall, I think it's a great app to start with, especially if you're new to double-entry bookkeeping, but plan on migrating to a more robust accounting system (I'd suggest Quickbooks Online) when the business begins to experience growth.  

If you put up some resistance, the bad element will migrate to a spot with less resistance.

States with no income tax will be the recipients of much of that migration.

In Auckland in the last 3-4 years 5%-8% rent increase pa was the norm and expected by tenants. some areas had bidding wars like auctions on rentals. you will have 30-40 people coming to the showings. this City has around 40k-50k new migration incoming a year for the last few years.I never lost a tenants do to rent increase, I use property mangers for all my buy and holds as i don't invest where i live. and i take their feedback regarding rent increases.

The avg Sec 8 household already has a steady migration of parents, siblings, cousins, etc., coming through the household.

They've added a lot of features though, and opened huge new offices in India where their development has migrated too. 

The net migration in 2015 was 83k according to the San Diego Tribune article.

Our collective attitude has migrated more towards goverment protecting the public from itself, rather than protecting our right to make our own decisions and mistakes.
