I'm 25 and my current profession is an Account Manager at VMLY&R (Advertising Agency).

With all of that income being generated from our business, what should I expect from the agency?

Best bet would be to turn it over to a collections agency and take the few dollars (if that) they collect.Sucks, but it is reality.  

I'm not too familiar with your state's law but in my opinion consulting an agency dedicated to this process may be the best way to go.

I have a rental property in the middle of two businesses, one beside me is an insurance agency that I have no issues with, the other one is a smoke/vape shop that just opened up.

We have now house hacked, long term rented, STR'd and tried fix n flipping and now do real estate agency as a day job in addition to our real estate holdings.

I only signed up 2 weeks ago and it's taken most of that time for them to get my credentials verified with the agencies, so I haven't reported anyone yet.     

I have someone who works at a title agency that say she would help me in a title search but I feel like she would just be doing a casual search because I'm not getting title insurance or anything like that with this search.

Does anyone know any of agency that covers rentals owned by LLC in TX?
