I'm fully aware that the language will be different depending on the state I live, and would need to review/written by an experienced attorney.

It takes experience speaking the greek like insurace co language to tweek an actual cash value quote to work for both the carrier AND the lender.  

I have learned a lot of spanish but it's much easier for my VA to communicate with prospects looking for rentals that speak the same language.

We are creating an LLC, and I wanted to find out if anyone has done this (an LLC with people who aren't familiar with each other) and could recommend some best practices for forming the group and any essential language for our operating agreement. 

Currency risks, political risks, economic risks, corruption, language challenges, unique laws that can change depending on how the locales use them or call it, bribes, etc.  

Use language like that in a courtroom and you are in for a rough ride.  

That's always the language they used with me...but obviously I can't verify anything.

I have found a Chinese manufacturer that will ship me a container full of counters, toilets, tubs, etc. and the discount is pretty significant, but between the low price and some language barrier, this gives me some concern about quality, correct measurements, etc. 

I’m learning the language a watching videos as well as learning the calculations.
