Hi everyone, Hoping to connect with someone who has experience renting to or operating residential care facilities. 

In your experience, do you find that it's possible to cashflow or at least break even with these properties and today's prices/rates?

Over time, rents may increase, improving your cash flow, and you’ll gain equity and valuable experience managing tenants and property operations.

So I wouldn't be concerned about buying quite soon, as things are moving in a good direction...and all the more now that they've assembled a committee that reportedly includes some people who are both more experience with and favorable towards STR.
