Unfortunately, these are not isolated incidences.

A smaller point that I learned on a podcast on this topic was to be sure that 'common' incidences are included - slip and fall, dog bites while on property were common examples that were given. 

Rudy would be feared by other nations, which is not necessarily a bad thing in today's age of terrorism.Before Rudy, there used to be major riots whenever there was even the hint of a racial incident, whether it was truly racially motivated or not.

There was an incident in Houston a few years back where thieves gutted some industrial-sized A/C units at a church and caused about $60,000 worth of damage for an estimated $400 of scrap metal inside.

I carry anytime I'm in the neighborhoods, had carried for years without incident.

I received a letter from his lawyer outlining the details of the incident and accusing me of using my vehicle to intimidate his client and that any repeat would be followed up with legal action.

This incident though led me to wondering about what I can further do in my properties, to help mitigate this sort of thing to begin with.
