The fact the LLC was administratively dissolved in 2011 doesn't necessarily mean anything (but it's definitely a clue).Most states will administratively dissolve an LLC after a certain period of time if it fails to file the appropriate annual paperwork with the state.The LLC could indeed still be doing business (although it sounds like it probably isn't), but it would be doing business with an inactive LLC.
