Yes, debt is a problem for many students, and I'm really of two minds on this, actually about 4 or 5 minds but I dont' want to get too far afield on my rant.IMO, EVERY American who wants a college, or (legitimate) trade school degree should be able to get a government GUARANTEED loan.
