Before escalating this, open up better communication, go talk with a manager there, on-site, email them with your requests and try to get closer to being on the same page.I agree with other advice that getting a lawyer involved with NOT be fruitful, and just expensive for you- and take more of your time and energy.

It’s an active biz for sure but there are tons of tech automation tools these days and as long as one of you has time freedom, ie the ability to put out the occasional fire, send a text, place a call, etc, you can learn how to self manage and juice your returns.
