Some STR hosts have switched to MTR though with the laws so maybe you just have a supply problem there.

From what I'm reading here, and we immediately sought legal counsel on this, they're totally free to move out anytime they want.

One option is to pay down any existing debts (credit cards, car loans, etc.) to free up income capacity.

Im hopeful we can get some housing supply policies, everything on the campaign trail was net boosting housing demand, which we have enough of.

At that point if would free up my Debt-to-income ratio (Nothing would be in my name & I could start growing again).
