She does not have ITIN, US visa, nor US bank account.

Would you rent your house out to a local 18 year old for two nights during the peak of high school prom and graduation season who may or may not book using a pre-paid visa gift card?  

That's good to know.The tech companies and all the start ups would be to their liking Cool Scott, yeah everywhere and LA County has largest Asian population in the country, then, not positive, SF then OC or visa versa now.

These days, we use the Southwest Visa -- we get points (which can be used towards free travel) and with $110,000 in spend per year, we get a companion pass so my wife (or whomever) can fly free with me.

I would however propose that doing a house flip WITH your fiancee is a great way to find out how compatible you really are, LOL!
