From the photo, the exposed rebar appears to be welded wire fiber (WWF) which is typical in slab foundation.

When it comes to units that you own, every bathtub, stair step, hand rail, linoleum floor, rusty nail, splinted fence, exposed tree root,  fireplace and electrical outlet is a potential exposure.

Depending on the state you may or may not even have exposed to that vendor.

You need to know that you have coverage and that you will not be left exposed because a broker did not get you the right policy.

So we decided to just do our rehab and listed in the MLS to get the exposure for a higher price.If it is a nice house where you know it will sell very fast, then I would expose it and get the most for your money verse having to be tied up with one buyer and what they want done to it and what not.
