Hello everyone and thanks in advance for your experienced insights.I'm currently at a crossroad since I'm currently looking for jobs and based on all of my experience I have several industries that I could go into.

Normal and reasonable in my opinion.Some of the most difficult transactions I've experienced have been on inexpensive properties with a relatively low commission.

If they say something along the lines of "I don't know, let me ask" then they aren't experienced with what we do as investors and we need to go to another lender.  3.

If I supplied the cash and sweat equity, how likely is it for an experienced investor sign on for a fee rather than a share of equity?

If anyone is interested in getting into multifamily deals I would say go big early (100+ units) as my best advice to you, find a good sponsor and experienced operator (between my partners and I we have over 2k units now) and you'll actually experience less risk than if you go from single family, to 10 units to 50 units to 100+ units over time.Hope that's helpful.
