One commenter here noted that he was purchasing distressed inventory off market and/or using creative financing, delayed financing, private money, or all of the above.

Some are in excellent shape and will last much longer.We have all fabic, made in the USA couches and chairs in our lake house and they still look great after 7 years.

Premier properties are excelling and doing better than expected, average properties are suffering massively.
