Anyone have any experience with transferring a Flagstar Bank mortgage into an LLC?

I am not really sure what to do in this scenario. has anyone had any similar experience? 

I can tell you from my experience it is worth it all though.

Becoming a real estate agent is a good idea to gain experience, but you could also explore property management, wholesaling, or working with an investor to build your network.
