Is the level of selling we’re seeing in line with previous administration changes, or does this have to do with federal workers losing their jobs?

Specifically what is the address or at least what block is it on?

Why would you take your cash, and spend it on a property you don't need to spend it on, instead of using that cash to increase your properties,...and income.
