They have a monopoly and are allowed to charge any price for data

We subscribe to a market research platform called Yardi which only provides information on multifamily properties 50 units and larger so if you are invested in a property that is 50 units or more, I would happy to provide quick "back of the napkin" valuation and methodology.

I've researched property data aggregation and skip tracing sites, but am moreso focused on finding cash buyers/investors.

Looking to get feedback on the best cloud service you are using to store the data like contacts, photos etc.

Use data and analysis to prove your ideas that it's a good investment.

For others like my clients I collect the data, find the deals, do the analysis, and provide references to get the property stabilized.

We made the best guess with the data we had, reduced that a little, and ensured we beefed up our emergency fund in case we're wrong.
